I've had my deflector and wiper torn off in car washes. Both times they told me to get an estimate and then gave me the coin.

I went through a Petrocan carh wash with my Nissan Pathfinder, the brushes mangled the rear wiper arm , they told me to go to this body shop and they will cover the repair.

I was told by my garage (GTEK) that the touchless are the worst since they use a caustic solution in the final rinse that assists with rapid drying. Really bad for the paint.

Just file suit with Small Claims Court ($75) and they'll quit dicking around. You don't need a lawyer. Have your cost estimates ready at the pre-trial hearing and the judge will likely mediate a settlement in your favour and collect the $$$ for you.............

this is in pickering....after 3 weeks OF CAT AND MOUSE LOL, a representative of customer service handling the case states that a 3way call will happen (me, manager, and petro canada) and everything will be solved...i was all excited show petro canada what there manager is worth,,,lmao,,,,,next day comes and i call them like i was told to and theirs no 3way call!!!! also that a representative will call me back, can you believe this!!

few days pass by and representative calls me and states that the car wash is not petro canada!!!!!!!!(i think there lying) reps says car wash owned by the manager and i should go to my insurance company!!!!lmaoooooo
