I'll have to call them because the initial document sent in July gave me no specific/recommended products or actual approved list of places to install it. Just the criteria.

Because dealing with a stolen car report and insurance is a huge hassle. Also its your property… your posts reminds me of when toronto cops said leave your keys by the door.

Insurance will make you file two claims if you had items
in the car. One claim for the car and another on house insurance. Then once that is done the car could be recovered with a ton of parking tickets that come to you..

My license plates were once stolen and man, the amount of parking tickets and calls from the police were NOT fun.
