The comp you've listed are not all comparable. IMO.

I don't think MB depreciation is favourable, especially in comparison to a 911.

No change, it doesn't show up sometimes.

So you didn't mind the ipad plopped in the middle? Its a heavy car as well. I think its a very good looking car outside... but I agree, the cars with the laptop in the middle is lazy work. Article in the paper recently highlighting buyers being turned off by this new design.... it lacks character and individuality.

No, when sitting in the drivers seat I didn't find the screen obtrusive. It's not like a Tesla screen. Maybe I was enamoured with everything else. I haven't driven this or the previous gen. Would like to sometime.

Hoping there's a GTR variant.

Downtown Toronto Mercedes has some crazy GTR race car variant. A friend of ours that just picked up their new GLS just posted a pic of it.
