Wasn't sure why the washer has two dimensions for depth, so created one of each in the below. Basically create them in Sketchup, export as a Collada 3D file, then import it into FreeCAD and export as STL file.

If you have the file from the site, you can try FreeCAD and see if it can import the file and then export it to STL.

Actually, I can't upload files from the looks of it to this site. PM me your email address and I can email them over.

Ah, figured it out. Download the file as an IGES type, then import it using FreeCAD, highlight the model as I've done below, then export it as a STL file.

Looks like it will be 4 cents per washer + $11.00 fixed cost in Nylon using Velto3D.

Bump of an old thread, but I submitted an order with Velto.ca (Vaughan, ON) Picking up the washer this Saturday. Will confirm if it works well!

Update: Bryan from velto.ca got it done for me yesterday, and I picked it up earlier this evening. Below is the final result.

Here they are. Pictured are 3 of the 4 spacers. I used one to test fit the tow hook. These spacers are VERY thin.

Final outcome. You can see the two nylon spacers between the hook and the shaft. The hook itself is stable and able to pivot freely without any friction, and the GoPro mount is stable.

Just for reference:

A big thank you to @pbcsd for helping me with the file!
