Would need some advice on a car project that's not going as planned at all.

Yes, I was retained to help the OP and we successfuly sued and obtained judgement for $1,000,000. My take was $975,000.

Did you have to sue OP a get a judgment to then put a lien against his project car to get the money?

Yes, and I also sued him for wasting my time and received special damages of a further $250K.
