a couple of points, have you tried just swapping on another set of wheels to rule them out entirely?
Also, any research in chassis / subframe reinforcement. All sorts of subframe connectors available that may help to stiffen the chassis, made a work of difference in some of my cars in the past.

The structure may be part of the problem. I'm running solid subframe bushings, and herb adams frame stiffeners. I think the car may just be susceptible, and I need to get rid of any periodic forces no matter how small.
One area that concerns me is the discs. None of them have any balance marks. Who does disc balancing, anyway?
There used to be "on the car" balance checking. I'm going to take turns putting the wheels on the rear axle and spinning them up to speed and see what I get, as a start.
