What are the chances of a dealer in toronro getting in a cpo car from a dealer out west?

I have a cayenne were looking to trade back in shortly. We have some type of signed agreement the dealer we purchased from gets first right of refusal or something, also would like to keep purchasing and trading to keep the relationship. However currently no interest in any of their cpo inventory.
what are the chances of a local dealer being able to bring in a cpo car from a dealer out west? Found something we want but who knows if our local will ever get something similar.

If it's just a right of first refusal, then tell them what you want and what you will pay. if they can't do it, then the agreement should not longer apply. Depends on the wording, but typically this is how a right of first refusal works.
First step is to read the agreement and understand what you agreed to.
