I've got two Cayenne's through them over the years. My first was ok had a clean car fax but 3-4 years later eventually found out that the front drivers fender was repainted when it started peeling off.
The second I got had a broken steering rack as soon as I drove it off the lot. They took it back and fixed it no issue and gave us a couple free oil changes.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but seemed worthwhile in the name of consumer protection. Platinum lost their omvic license, lots of stories of misrepresented cars, hidden damage etc. All the usual sketchy, used car tactics.
The judges requirement for the owner to complete anger management and conflict resolution training is hilarious.
They have some very special cars and attract buyers from all over so wanted to share this for those who might not have heard.

They have cars for sale for months on end, even years. And they carry a huge inventory of cars - how can a business afford to do so?
