I feel the same. People dress up as pirates and then go for a ride pretending they are part of some 1%ers club.

Parabolica1 brings up a really good point. Why are the loud, obnoxious, rattle your windows bikers not also stopped? Also, I see many people on sport bikes just being d!cks. case in point, I'm stopped on King westbound at Dufferin. Biker going eastbound decides he should jump the light and go around the car of ahead of him. Then he realized he was going to get hit by my Wrangler. He nearly fell off the bike impressing the girl that was on it with him. I'm rarely aggressive, but these d!cks are intolerable. They don't realize that my car may get a scratch, they will likely die.

[QUOTE=Christien;17508747]yeah go for a walk through historic cambridge and some idiot is on and off first all the way down the street so he can impress everyone... age doesnt matter.. its about being a total tool and making all car enthusiasts look bad.

I find it worse when they have their stereo cranked. It is funny seeing a guy wearing his colours listening to Mile Cyrus though.

Watching the police stop in Germany was interesting. I recall driving my Lada at 110 km/s on the autobahn in 1990 and trying to squeeze as much to the right as I could to let everyone fly past. Much has changed since then, have been in Germany a few times since and the lane discipline is not what it used to be, or should be. This does not mean there wasn't reckless driving BUT if lane discipline was abided to there would not have been reckless passing to begin with. We are always dealing with the result and ignore the root cause. If I see someone coming behind at high speed I will pull to the right as fast as I can and let them go. I am not the police and I am not the enforcer either. But I've seen way too many instances when people block the lanes on purpose. This results in road rage and reckless driving. My 2 cents

Asked a YRP friend of mine who was also previously OPP why they don't get noise tickets like crotch rockets would.
She said Hogs are made that way and shrugged her shoulders.
Based on that, I assume that because the Harley's are manufactured and sold the public with no muffler, that somehow it was deemed acceptable.
But then this....
