HAAS is the team that painted the car into russian flag, because one of the Putin's cronies put a lot of stolen russian money into it, so they can give a seat to his brat kid. Meh. Oh, and russian athletes are banned to compete under russian flag, because of massive doping scandals year after year. Disgusting. But I guess in F1 anything goes and rules can be bend if you rich enough.

your talking about the team with the smallest budget as if they were swimming in profits trying to make an extra quick buck,

Look at the car it only has 2 sponsors, 1&1 (Germany) and URALKALI (Russian) for each of their drivers. Its that or no team.

Yes survival says a lot.
