And the Mods begin ....
Busy week as far as P-Car is concerned. Soul headers arrived for my 987,2 CS + Softronic tune + BMS air filter.
Very well packed and the work from Soul is excellent - nice welds and very good finish. My late father was a mechanical engineer so I have seen enough welds for a lifetime.
Downloaded the file and sent to Scott at Softronic today and awaiting the revised mapping and then the car goes in for the headers + BMC air filter this week I hope and its done ... ! Off for cut + polish and done with the car till next year ...going to drive and enjoy it.
Will apprise the group on my unbiased findings ...I am hopeful this will be transformational ...or perhaps more exciting to drive.
Have a great day ... A

Two options- Champion Motors in Scarborough - I live in the beaches so nearby. They are a high volume tune shop - thats all they do. I just need my headers removed and new ones installed - not rocket science + the BMC air filter. As for the tune from Softronic I am doing that on my own. Its a plug and play ...
Other option is a guy I know that tunes MClarens - he can do the same as Champion ... not for less just an option. A few hundred bucks in labour ...
Packing the old stuff when its time to sell or upgrade etc ...

Twins used to only work on Audi's a few years back I believe. They did some work on my old A6 years ago. Very nice guys and at the time very fair prices. They are on Danforth road. Do they work on Porsches now? Is this the same shop?

I would easily trust them to do headers.
Great shop ran by twin brothers.
I used to go all the time with my Audi and never had a bad experience.
