Default This car just keeps amazing me all the time whether on then track or on the road...

Went to our club's Time Attack event today held at Shannonville to help out with duties to run the event.

Anyway the drive back home tonight using the 401 highway went well and the traffic was easily dealt with so we made good time.

After our stop to have some grub (near the track) we did 287 kilometres (178 miles) at an average speed of 132 kilometres per hour (82 mph) with a return of 7.2 litres per 100 kilometres, that is 39.25 miles to the Imperial gallon or 32.67 miles to the US gallon… Really excellent!

That's all nice, but unless you received a speeding ticket for at least 32 km/h over the limit and you intend to plead guilty, I would immediately edit out the "average speed" part ASAP. You are admitting in a public forum that you broke the law, which is all the local constabulary needs to charge and convict you of speeding.

If you edit your post, I will in turn edit mine and remove the details. You're welcome.

Doing well Sir!

Please do.

Hoping to make it to Tremblant this year, Unlikely....
Bright side, if my new tires arrive, should be at Mosport on Thursday!

Enjoy!

Mosport as it was known before the new owner bought it was indeed worked on this summer... The track was completely repaved. I'm sure many other improvements were also down over the years since the buy out.

They repaved the whole track and its really slippery in turns 5 10 and 2. Hopefully it rubbers in!

I'd post a video of few laps from one session at a trackday earlier this year but there are some seriously miserable people on Rennlist that clearly need some anxiety medication........
