Disagreeable Men

This article in the Red Star. In my experience, yes I see more aggressive driving by high end cars. Just bad driving I would attribute to SUVs, high end or not.
I rarely see a P car driven aggressively.
Entitled driving (failing to yield, pushing into crosswalks, parking like drunk) I attribute to affluent middle-age women. So sue me.

it sometime feel they dont undestand the physics involved when i see them talegating... moms trying to get kids to school or are late and are talegating.
i am also seeing a huge disparity these days between men and women on the phone while driving ...
it is Young males and all ages of females, and they dont even try to hide the fact... just chatting away and give you the finger if you flash to pass if they are chatting doing 100km in the passing lane of the 401.
police just dont care.

Strange this article refers only to MB, BMW, Audi, and as an afterthought,Tesla drivers. Is this not racist? Is it acceptable to Germans and enviro *****? Off to Human Rights Commission with him!

I'll go with this: "police just dont care."
They do it because there is minimal risk of getting charged
amber lights are merely a suggestion, stop signs have become yield, turn signals must be an option people are deleting.
where I live there are far more truck, SUV and minivan drivers causing these problems than those driving German autos

I think its a little simpler than that in a lot of cases. Bad behaviour on the road can be attributed to a lot of things. Question is as the article suggests is there a disproportionate amount of luxury brand owners who are disagreeable men? It wouldn’t surprise me. Lets narrow our focus to corporate types. Most of the men who can afford these cars in my company hold near executive or executive positions in the corporate structure. Frankly, if you weren’t capable of being disagreeable you wouldn’t have risen above the other men and women to be in these positions. Its very competitive as the pyramid narrows at the top. Being agreeable just gets you more work in your current job and typically people like this don’t push for recognition or what they deserve.
Now if disagreeableness equates with bad road behaviour thats something different to me. May just come with the territory. I know some of the executives in my company are just simply used to getting their way all day so it may also be a sense of entitlement that comes with one’s perceived position in life based on status, both wealth and position.
These have always been my thoughts on the subject.
