Did the market for air cooled just drop? There is a sudden glut on Kijiji.

 

The auction market has corrected itself given the recent huge run up/ No longer a sellers market for Porsche.

 

Looks like typical pricing to me, what am I missing?

 

Seems to be a larger number on the market than normal.

 

I've been saying this forever, they made a TON of aircooler's… the REALLY good stuff sells big, the rest of the market got excited and speculated, it's cooling and has been since the peak a few years ago... love 'em but...

 

The market is going nuts for E46 M3s now. I guess the hipsters and influencers got tired of the air-cooled Pcars after they were told they needed a rebuild which doesn't come cheap

 

to be fair, a properly maintained/dialed 3'er/5'er is one damn nice car to be in

 

Low millage example are hard to come by

Took me 2 years to find mine

56000km ,CAD car
C4 now converted to c2

 

Still looks pretty normal to me, high milage questionable mods may be down, but clean low milage and especially Canadian cars are holding pretty stable.

I'll sell you mine for half that and still make out like a bandit 😜 if you bought purely in the hopes to "cash in" on the appreciation you care about the cooling off, otherwise meh couldn't care less if the value falls to $10. I still enjoy mine immensely.

Only driven in safe driving conditions, Never driven outside of the G.T.A. Primarily enjoyed within the Durham Region. Road conditions are always pre planned, Only driven on asphalt roads and highways. Never driven on poor roads.

 

If this was true, it kind of makes me feel sorry for them.
