Default Tire Mfg date

I’m trying to date tires that recently came into my possession and I’m used to reading the month/year as numerical but these have an alpha thrown in too. Can anyone decipher this? I’d have a photo but it’s too dark.

you are probably reading the wrong code. I believe date stamp is first two numbers week and second two are the year. often triangles on either side.
