Toronto Maple Leafs? Not even a Stanley Cup appearance.
At least I was alive the last time they won. Doesn't look like I'll be for the next one though.

OK new season and partway in new coach. Old coach was doing some shady things behind the scenes. Don't think he will ever coach again, but made $50 mil.
The young guys are responding to Keefe. 3-0 so far and if can beat Buffalo Fri and Sat could be 5-0. Spezza is looking good. Lets look to the playoffs!

Spezza is a great player .. the diamond in the rough on this team and previously under utilized. ( no question a D-Bag move by Babcock to bench him first game against Ottawa )
That said now Dumbass has his pond hockey team he wanted , coached by his pond hockey coach. yeah they are going to fly and dipsey doodle and get some pretty goals. But with the trading of Kadri , there goes the very last of the grit on this team , him , Uncle Leo, Polack, were all they had and even that was thin.
When the playoffs hit this pond hockey team is going to get pounded to dust , even if they make it because dumbass still doesnt understand what it takes to win in the NHL . he thinks it will be reffed the same as the regular season.
oh well , i will watch anyway ..

he sat out because he felt he had to carry the whole teams pride on his shoulders because everyone else were pussies.. you help a guy like that not dump him. But he will be fine .. he will have a much better shot at the cup than his ex team mates ever will...
