Many look and judge the EVs with technology that exists today and that's a really narrow way of looking at the future. Since clearly there is a need for larger capacity, faster charging battery technology, it will be invented. The larger the demand the sooner it will happen.

No sheep there. Seems Hungary is revolting as well. Maybe people are getting fed up with self serving politicians.
As for the carbon tax, how does a "tax" prevent anything other than lining the pockets of some fat cat politician.
