If I were in the market for a new 911, this would be the one I'd get! Too bad you can't get the nav/entertainment system deleted from the factory in Canada.

Cam...Are you trying to hit a record for number of 911s owned by you in a 12-month period? :P

I was thoroughly impressed with both 911Ts I drove. Honestly it would be hard to choose between the manual and PDK. The manual worked brilliantly and the PDK was a perfect match to the turbo engine...both cars had the rear wheel steering and I thought the chassis feel was very much like my 997 GT3...which is to say sublime! My only gripe was that the engine looses steam at high speeds.

Cam, it's actually AADD...automotive attention deficit disorder...I've had it for 40 years! Congrats on the T...I am seriously thinking about getting out of the older cars and getting a new one. Just waiting to see the final 992 reveal to decide if I go 991 or 992.

Haha...its an affliction for sure. I'm not sold on the 992. I know most of the photos are mules however a few have leaked and two things I immediately noticed.

1. Front End Fascia - terrible...in black looks like a kid with a wide mouth and braces
2. Rear End - way too many lines. Vertical decklid, horizontal bumper lines, horizontal lights, light bar across, license plate holder cutout...its all a mess. Not elegant or rounded like many other generations. Too Panamera looking...

Let me know how you like the T when you get it. I nearly ordered one back in Feb and would have if the dealer would have given me 2.5% off...but they refused. Did you get the carbon buckets?

No, went 4-ways with the Carrera T interior. If I were tracking the car continuously then yes, but I need the rear seats for kids anyway. Car should be landing in port today or tomorrow and I expect will receive it sometime next week...

I'm curious about the T rear cabin. With the rear seat delete is there a flat shelf there that spans the cabin width (over the tunnel) ? My kids are long gone but I've got a 50lb dog that might fit nicely back there. I couldn't find any pics online and any would be appreciated.

There is a flat rear shelf but it's located further back of the rear seat indentations. A few companies in the states make a shelf solution...
