Wheel spacers (where to buy in SW Ontario or West GTA)
I'm looking to pick up some 18" 987 wheels to use as track wheels for my 986s boxster.
Seller recommended I get 3-7mm spacers for the front....
Anyone have recommendations?

I have a set of 3mm spacers you can have.

That would be great. Apparently I need a pair for the front or maybe 2 pair if 3mm isn't enough. Can I double them up to make 6mm?

I believe my present wheels are 18x8 et 50. The spares I'm buying are 18x8 et 57...

Higher +offset pulls the wheel into the car. I imagine the spacers are to prevent interference against the inside of the car ( suspension, wheel well etc )

For track use you want to go with a wider stance, so I would recommend at least 7mm for your front. I wouldn't stack spacers as this introduces potential failure points, especially when car is driven hard on a track.

I'm actually surprised any aftermarket spacers are allowed on the track as adding spacers without elongating studs reduces the effective grip strength of the fastener.
3mm is nothing in the big picture. 7mm I would think about.

Anyone have a suggestion on a place to order some 7mm spacers (and longer lug bolts)
