Rennline phone mount
Hello guys, I am just wondiner is there anywhere in Canada that sells the Rennline Exactfit Magnetic Phone mount? All the US sites want anywhere from 30-50$ shipping, kinda ridiculous for something that costs $45...

I picked something similarish up from Home Depot. Nite IZe Steelie
fits into a vent. The Exactfit looks a bit better but perhaps check the asteroid out as an alternative. $22

Certainly would be, just a pain to go across for a simple phone mount. In the end it will only save like $15 after you pay the freight forwarding, bridge toll and gas to go. Plus the time... sucks that we get so scewed in Canada for shipping. Especially when it of places offer free shipping and then it’s “oh your in Canada, that’ll be 48.95 for shipping...”. Um it’s Only a 40$ product.... sigh.... guess I’ll either look for an alternative, or pay 90$ for a 40$ product...

I have a love / hate with magnetic mounts.
They hold your phone just fine.
BUT on my iPhone 8, When you put the metal pad sticker on the back?
It kill the ability of the wireless charge. Not a big deal, but be aware.
I have a CD slot phone holder in my Subaru. I'm sure it would do in the factory 997 cd slot?
I never played CD's in my car.

I just got an email from PP regarding Rennline stuff.
The mount for my 86 is $75.00 USD.
It looks like you pop the clock out and fit the bracket between the dash and clock?
Appears to be quite the monstrosity.
Maybe I'll buy some velcro ......

I use a suction cup on the windshield just bellow the rear view mirror.
Great location for many reasons. You don't take your eyes off the road, waze app right there, easy to flip to a dash cam app
