Ticket in Parry Sound

Still looking for some guidance on this.
There were errors on the ticket, both licence plate and model of car were incorrect (I was not driving the P-car)
Any help would be appreciated

Do not know any specific lawyers there but what has worked well for me it to identify the location of the courthouse and then do a search for traffic lawyers who are closest to the courthouse. Once I have found a candidate I then do a web search for any experience with thin.
It is surprising how effective this has been for me

If the plate and make/model are wrong, maybe just ignore it? When they come after you, you simply say, wasn't me, that's not my car or plate number, mine is xxxxx, maybe a case of identity theft, I was in Zimbabwe that day, etc etc etc.
disclaimer: am not a lawyer

There is no place to sign the ticket when you first get it, but they do record your name, address etc on the ticket.
From what I understand you sign it along with your plea and must do so within 15 days.
I did see a bill board on the 400 as I was coming back south near the Lake Rosseau area that said something like "let us represent you in traffic court ....." web site given, wasn't sure if anyone had experience with that firm or others.

I checked the web site that was listed on the bill board. I turns out to be David Lakie, located in Newmarket.
Has anyone dealt with his firm?

Agree with this. Errors on behalf of the ticketing officer are less and less seen as a way out of a ticket...
