Default Does Shell still have ethanol free gas?

For years have only used ethanol-free gas in the GT3s. Seems as if the ethanol-free stickers have dussppeared from the Shell pumps. Anyone notice this ?

Sadly, they no longer have 93 octane fuel. This is a problem for lots of people, FWIW.

I only ever put Shell 91 in the 993. It seems to be the only offering for ethanol free gas these days.

apparently Ultramar has a no ethanol offering also in their premium fuel, and it is less of a markup over regular than Shell.

Ultramar's 91 grade is ethanol free. Their pricing is usually competitive too.

This site maintains a list of stations offering ethanol free gas!

Cdn Tire premium is ethanol free... I think most premium fule in Canada is ethanol free. Even Heidelberg's gas bar, the premium is ethanol free. I use it for my motorcycle and small engines as well...

Just in case you weren't aware, if there is only one nozzle at the pump, the gas station has a tank of regular, and a tank for premium, midgrade is a blend of both coming out of the nozzle.

Well, except Petro Canada and most of Esso stations! And your second statement is arguable too

Very little, about 2 litres or less.

I know this because of my sons's karting. They have a spec fuel at a designated gas station and the club recommends to always pump the first 2 litres into a different gas can to avoid any issues during fuel inspection at the track.

Wish it was that simple. The spec fuel is the 91 octane at the Esso gas station located near Hwy5 and Hwy8. They use a digital Snap On fuel analyzer and take a sample from the gas station on the morning of EVERY race day. Last year when people started smelling AV gas during racing, shortly after that they started checking every single kart that was coming off the track. All of a sudden a few people just packed up and went home in the middle of the race day...wonder why?

You won't find it - 94 is 94 because of the ethanol.

Ultra 94 is the best fuel available for our cars (997TT) in Canada. 91 is fine for NA cars but with boost you need octane. 997TT factory tune is based on 93 octane - 91 octane, even Shell V-power 91 without ethanol, results in timing retard and power being reduced. Maybe not noticeable by the seat of the pants, but clear as day when looking at the data logs.

I am only referring to turbo charged cars. If my car was NA I'd be a V-power 91 customer and I was when I had my C4S.
