Passed two current Mustangs on the way home from the gym this morning. Also one in the parking lot.
They've morphed into quite a large car.
Non R. Don€™t need the extra bits for my level of track use and skill. Rather pocket the $20k for GT3. Feature/function difference is even less now, main things R gets you is carbon wheels/wider tires, increased aero, further suspension tuning for track and no rear seats/radio delete.
I test drove a new GT perf pac this summer. This is a large car. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck but the shear size is jarring after so many years with the 993. A 718 almost seems practical in comparison. Besides my wife told me I don't have enough chest hair for the GT!
For sure. Though not sure how much decent driving can be done due to weather before storage. Pick it up tomorrow. Great time to buy a 17 discount wise.
Nice score. Did you get a decent colour ? My buddy had to settle for black. It looks fantastic blacked out.
I hope so! Still 15% unsure myself, but I saw it 4 times before pulling the trigger so 85% sure. My cars have always been white, silver, grey or black. Figured I'm going colourful on this! Picked up a racing red with black over top stripes and black roof. They had grey, white, yellow and an 18 with the new orange fury colour as well. They moved all but the 2018 unit into storage but they are available for sale. Great savings!
I tried a couple dealers to get them to move off of the ADM on existing stock of 17 GT350R and no luck. I am not sure where they are discounting them but not here.

Not sure where you are, US perhaps?
I didn't try and deal on an R as I wasn't shopping for one, so can't advise there. I also think the 2017 Rs aren't readily available which will impact discount levels.
AZ is amazing! But that's why you can't get a deal....seems that ADMs are all over the place in the US still. Here in Canada the cars go for MSRP or less.
