I hope you're joking, trust me there won't be snow!

So much to see and do in Toronto from where you'll be. As others have mentioned The a Distillery District is great with good restaurants, shops and history. Also close to Downtown Fine Cars. Steamwhistle also great beer and tour of historic train roundhouse.
I know NYC has its share of tall buildings with observation levels but if you've never done it the CN Tower is unbeatable for its view!
Ripley's Aquarium is another fun thing if you enjoy sea life, very well done and it's at the base of the CN Tower.
So much great food, shopping and sites all within walking distance enjoy!

winter tires are a smart idea, im doing mine too this weekend just to beat the rush . Woke up this morning at -1 this morning. Winter tires have little to do with snow and more to do with pliability and stickiness below 7C .

You listen to the same radio stations that I do...

Do they say that winter tires perform better at 0-7C than all season? - that's my question...

I'm waiting a few weeks before I do the swap.... my DD's have brand new and newish tires (under 2000km on one set, and the other one has about 20,000km on them)

I'm under the assumption (yeah I know) that winters wear faster above 0C, that's why I wait.

I'm crazy and run summer tires (Pilot Super Sports 2) on the G35 sedan. Don't want to worry about them in low temps next week so the winters will go on.

Thanks again for all the photo suggestions as well!

I'll be staying in the Delta Marriott downtown so I'm definitely doing all of that! The car will be parked and I'll be walking and taking the surface trams.

Wise advice here. Being from the NYC area, I've had my share of dealers to visit and I guess if you've seen one, you've seen them all!

I may just decide to relax a bit at the hotel Monday morning instead of diving into traffic. I'm paying so much for the room I might as well squeeze all the time I can from it!

I really appreciate all the advice from all the locals here, thank you. If anyone finds themselves heading to the NYC area and have questions, please feel free to message me with any questions!!

The GT4 will be staying home and I'll be taking the G35 sedan but will slap winter tires on it this weekend just in case.

Being a photo nerd my goal is to get a nice nighttime panoramic skyline photo of the city from Toronto Island Park. Here are some photos I've taken of NYC recently:

Great shots at the Glen!

I wonder if anything is happening at Mosport this weekend for you to check out..... a bit late in the season I guess.

In Toronto Brass Rail & For Your Eyes Only and if you are coming thru Niagara be sure to drop by Sun Downer, winter tires are not required in these places
