Toronto area poor bumper repair
I have a 2017 C4S. One day a woman backed into my car and put a dent on my bumper. I got the whole thing on my dash cam so her insurance is paying for all the repair. I worked with the insurance company and found a Porsche Certified collision centre, Av**ue Coll**ion. It's Porsche Certified so all is good, right? Wrong!
Attached are four photos AFTER they work on it two times. I am sure anyone can see the large dent on the passenger side of the bumper. The first time I told them they did not fix the dent and they agreed to work on it again. The 2nd time they had the ***** to tell me I was imaging it and it was just a shadow. By the way, the two photos under the sun were taken right at Av**ue Coll**ion, while they were telling me I was imaging things.
I plan to write to Porsche to file a formal complain.
Any other suggestion on what else I could do would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Yep, it's there and you are NOT imagining it. Not sure what you can do beside talk to your insurance company and tell them not to pay because you are not happy with the repair.

You need to contact your insurance company, not Porsche.
These morons are playing a game so since the bumper is symmetrical, just make a cardboard cut out of the profile on the good side and then slide it over to where the dent is. This will prove it isn't an optical illusion. The pain is a different shade too by the way.

are the last shots at the shop as well. If so I would never take my car to a shop that messy, and their work does not surprise me. Now if that is your garage with cig butts on the floor...clean it up
don't bother complaining to Porsche, they don't care and will just upset you more.
Did you leave the car there? I would get it out of there as fast as possible so they don't mess with other parts of the car.

If the insurance company suggested the shop let them deal with it.
The shop that did the repairs is part of CSN Collision Centres. They offer a lifetime warranty. I looked at the warranty, it basically says you can take it to another CSN shop to do the repairs. By the way 427 Auto Collision on Evans Ave. is part of that group. In fact they started CSN.
I hope this helped.

Is 427 Auto Collission any good? Pizza delivery guy backed into my car doing a 3-point turn while my car was parked and tried to drive off.

I thought 427 and Pfaff were the only authorized Porsche repair facilities? On an other note , I never use the facilities the insurance companies work with. I pick where I want to go and I deal with it. For Porsches I use Pfaff only. Good luck.

The issue is between you and the insurance company but if they are a "Certified Porsche collision centre", then yeah, I think Porsche should be notified of the quality of work.

Seemd these approved shops become spoiled with the easy business they get once they become "Approved". I've had a similar experience with a Honda approved body shop. Had water leaking into the trunk after they replaced the quarter panel and the paint job was 2nd grade.

Thank you
Thank you for all your replies.
Insurance company promise to send the appraiser to estimate the cost to fix the remaining damage--still waiting for the call.
Porsche said they will put this incident in their "internal record" but otherwise is no help.
This morning I am thinking: maybe I should just take this opportunity to upgrade to an after-market custom bumper. Any suggestions?

Looks like a reflection of a car in front of yours.
Do you have picture from a different location?
Coming here to complain on your first post sort of sends off the Hmmmm, who is this guy thing.

Second, it wasn't a complain, it was a request for advice.
Third, it wasn't my first post. My first post was a sharing of how to configure LTE in the PCM using Rogers SIM card.
