I've noticed a lot of good production pates on cars in Vancouver. The high end cars tend to have favorable licence plates (recurring numbers, lots of eights or zeros). Anyone know if a articular Autoplan dealer is hording them?

What province? You can only transfer plates in Ontario between immediate family.

To clarify you can transfer a personalized plate once per plate but only before it is attached to a vehicle. Once attached to a vehicle then it can only go to an immediate family member.
