My son Sebastian (10) sitting in the 962 (it took him a few minutes to pluck up courage to ask Klaus Bischof if he could) and the Kilpatrick speedster (no courage at all as Ernie Nagamatsu encouraged him into the seat).

Do you have a Facebook account? There is a Porsche Parade page you could post more photos on. BTW good to see one Turbo 3.6 made it, although that car needs its correct wheels put back on it.

OK. Here goes. First apologies. My car features alot. My wife took many of the pictures. I was wheel man for the weekend.
NZ911's black C4S was not only the single 993 C4S at the Parade but also IMHO the most original standout and nicest 993 there (ok, apart from my own LOL!). Its a lovely machine. There were 13 993s I believe at the event!
NZ911's son was the luckiest kid on the planet. He got to sit in the 962. His joy showed. Ive never seen a kid smile as wide! Us adults were all jealous. Only adult that sat in it was Claus when he fired her up after dinner!
As NZ911 previously stated we were all awaiting the Gymkahna results. Im proud to say a 993 made it into the top three out of around 30 cars that contested for the day. Beaten of course by a 2009 boxster S and a 3.4 caymen (cant argue with near mid engined physics on a 1st gear only set of snaky cones and tipo had the advantage in the tight stuff too). To get a 911 in the top three was pretty good going I reckon, especially when only two seconds separated the three cars across three separate and different courses totaled together!
All in all it was a brilliant event. Well never forget it....
