Shane's Autumn Alpine Frenzy
Hi,
Members of Landsharkoz are about to commence a Frenzy into and through the Alpine region of Australia
People will attend in their 928's from Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia
In winter this Alpine region has a greater area covered in snow than the whole land area of Switzerland
We will all arrive in Northern Victoria on 29th and commence our Alpine driving the next day. It has recently been snowing in this area but we do not expect any road closures. We will also pass through the popular skiing areas of New South Wales staying Sunday night high in the mountains
I for one will cover about 5000kms to be part of Shane's Autumn Alpine Frenzy

update 1
Shane's Autumn Alpine Frenzy was a great success with 14 928s and lots more people from NSW,QLD,VIC and South Australia
We had snow on the mountain passes (even fitting chains to a GTS) and everything else in between
The accomodation each night was excellent and the food and wines typically excellent as well!
Mike Kelly who has a white GTS and is disabled and wheelchair bound (he cannot use his legs due to a diving accident 30 years ago) taught us all a lesson in car control at speed and in all conditions
