Alonso is the best. 30 spot grid penalty but let's risk the car to win Q1 just for ****s and giggles. I think the National HPDE championship should be sponsored by Mclaren Honda.

Odds of Lewis getting penalized for impeding Lettuce in front of home crowd: Zero.

As for Grosjean and a penalty for Hamilton you have to be kidding me. Had he just got back on it instead of complaining on the radio he may have gotten that 9th spot. Even he said he lost 3 tenths to Hamilton. Probably when he was still complaining as Lewis was pulling away for his flyer. The guy has turned into the biggest whiner in F1. Yeah the guy who ran a 126.6 totally screwed it for the slowest guy in the session. Come on. Grosjean blaming everyone and everything but himself hysterically is just expected behavior at this point.

Although Grojean is the biggest whiner on the F1 grid and HAAS should replace him the first moment they can, if the roles were reversed and Hamilton complaining about Grojean blocking, there's no doubt Grojean would have gotten a penalty just because of the gravitas that Hamilton carries. There's no question the FIA was NOT going to take away a pole position at his home track, no matter if deserved. They want HAM to close up to Vettel and pull away from Bottas before the summer break. It's more compelling to fight another team drive for the championship than a teammate

You're crazy. Grosjean is awesome. If it wasn't for him, Haas would have scored zero points last year. He's carrying the load again this year. My how short a memory you have. Did you remember how Grosjean did last week ?
