Thanks Matt. We are gonna stick with the Fairmont and will do a couple of meals outside "Disneyland". Being right in the middle of the Blues Festival is very appealing to my wife, and it's very important to me that she enjoys herself. I think she will. It's the first time she's accompanying me to a DE, and her enjoyment is my top priority (obviously driving that track for 3 days is running a very close 2nd).
I will check out TA for restaurant recommendations, but if anyone wants to post some here, please do.
Thanks for all the advice folks. Keep it coming. This site is such a wonderful resource for all things track related. Thanks again.

Thanks for all the great info on the lodging and fuel, etc. folks. We are confirmed at The Fairmont.
One more piece of advice if you can (actually 2):
Anyone have any good restaurant recommendations:
1) Breakfast and Lunch for the wife (in the new village-walking)
&
2) Dinner for both of us (anywhere, in the new village or anywhere else).
Looking for higher end dinner options if anyone has experience with that.
Thanks again for all the great info.

Fuel - 94 available on the way into Tremblant right off exit 119 (Petro Canada). Once in the old village, make a left on exiting the track, 94 also available (Crevier).
For lunch, many head to the 'Bike Shop' which has very decent sandwiches and salads: La Sandwicherie Café + Bistro, 1918 Chemin du Village
I have had decent Italian at Ital Deli - also just a 1/2 mile from the track. Not fancy but good.
But definitely check Trip Advisor and read the reviews (and locations). Irrespective, avoid places right on the mountain - they are overpriced and average at best. Pick spots in the "old village" or St. Jovite for sure.
Have fun!

Thanks Matt. We will definitely check out the old village/St. Jovite for dinners.
TA has a bunch of great reviews for lots of dining venues in the area.
Any and all other suggestions for dinners for 3 nights are welcome.
Thanks again folks.

Restaurant Le Cheval de Jade is great. The pressed duck is outstanding. Just remember to make a reservation for it before you go.
