PWC Mosport _ GTS

Three Wheelin'
Nobody wants to race in the conditions we had today.
Good call from race control, see you at Lime Rock with an additional race.
Spoke with Kyle Marcelli and he was stoked. (A free weekend at home with his family in the middle of the season had noting to do with it)
Go Kyle! Porsche guys here so the Ferrari's are the bad guys for me since I saw LeMans in 72. Kyle is a Porsche driver working for the dark side now. Loved his work in LMP2. Just a plug and play driver.
Go Kyle and show em what a Canuck from Mosport can do.

The weather was very bad. Those cars with that much standing water would have been a problem. Our next race is this coming weekend at limerock so with such a short turn around it would have been a mess if half the field needed repair. As much as I wanted to race, I agreed with the official. Most of the teams were asking to call it over the messaging app we use.

They feel more like a gtb1 car than a spc. The tires and suspension making the most difference I believe. Super fun car to drive. We had two of them for world challenge and just sold one of them to Cody for this year. (Would be willing to sell the other if anyone is interested)

^ Cory no doubt the suspension and slicks are big discriminators. I was just thinking about weight, power, and lack of downforce.
Maybe Seb and I should buy your spare car
Maybe Seb and I should buy your spare car

Cory, whats the verdict with PWC? Fun? Good driving? Skills vs money? Cost related?

PWC is a good series. IMO its not as "professioanl" as IMSA but they do a better job at marketing and customer (racers) relations. Very competitive in the TC classes. 30+ entries in TC. If you can finish in the top 5 there you have accomplished something. It's pro racing so not cheap but if you want to race against some great drivers at big events its a good choice. The GT, GTcup, GTS are mostly big money teams with some of the best sportscar driving talent in the world at sprint X events.
