Which Motec dash and camera are you running?
C125 with a custom harness.

This was just a GoPro, but an AiM SnartyCam HD Rev2.1 will be added to see the measures (information) overlaid.

(I managed to get my Trophy Spec car down to 1:31.16. Thats full doors with glass and me at 215 pounds.)

The new shock package was notable.
I found that there was no "jiggle" when going under the bridge and the turn 2 "rumble jump" was able to be absorbed quite well and shocks did a nice job of dampning it.

The car really performs well and it Looks like it will be another great season in the Trophy East!
Congrats, Tom!

The car is really nice, now.

Wisko needs to hire me to fix their AiM Sportline equipment, for sure! Skeen went to his first drivers school with me as CI in 2004.

I am making a vbox scene for a rennlister who is racing with Flying Lizard, and they have a racelogic can gateway they are working on with Racelogic and Porsche for the GT4 CS. For some reason Porsche is wigged out about letting vendors on the CANBUS directly, though it's strange they are allowing a gateway to connect since the VBOX is effectively doing exactly that - listening. In any case, these guys should be putting in VBOX stuff, not AIM if all they want is video and data - i.e. they already have a MOTEC dash.

Yes, I sold that unit to FLR's client! Tested the protocol post MR gateway last week at Road Atlanta and we're not quite there yet. But yes, more and more folks are adding the HD2 to their MoTeC/Cosworth equipped cars because it's just easier to "find time."

Going to be using several VBOX Video units at the May Apex Driving Event at VIR, included as part of the entry!

Probably not the right thread - but why is there a gateway in it? Sound expensive, and providing no real value? It's not like there are any packets being put on the bus by the vbox.

Though having said that, on my old 997.2, the SoloDL I had (ODBII interface if you recall) interrupted the bus enough that the communication with my front "control module" was lost, shutting off ABS and TC.

Required by PMNA, ironically to screw MoTeC!

Wish I could go to that. Would you believe I used to coach Robby Foley...

In basketball when he was in 5th grade

Time to switch roles.

That said, last year, I think only Andrew Davis and Jason Hart dipped below 1:30.00.

This year, I don't know if anyone other than Robby and perhaps one or two others did that, either.

Big thing was that the average lap time of ALL the competitors was:

A) quicker
B) there was a much narrower spread of lap times for the GT4 CS and GT4 CS/MR group

It's a great class, now!
I would be more impressed with the DHA if it lasted longer.

Only of they're competing in the race series. Not all are.

OP - that lap is just so much fun to watch. Just wringing the car out!
