Side by side wouldn't work but I think if we were front to back and left the zipper down enough it's doable.

Race 2 today in the pooring rain with most on their regular race tires made for a careful ballet. Sure was fun, that's for sure!

The humidity today was a killer in many ways. My MAF took a crap in race one and the car started throwing codes. Put a new one in for tomorrow so let's hope that's the solution. Spoke with around 5 others who had the same issue today.

Congrats to Jay on the record and the lap. He has a fast car this weekend and is driving it very well. Manny showed us all how to drive in the wet this afternoon. Seriously impressive driving.

SPB has really stepped up with some fantastic driving going on. If we have dry track tomorrow morning I expect we will have a great race on our hands.

So what's the deal with the 3rd track configuration?? Standard track, Chicane, and then there's the "skip T1" configuration now? I watched a start and an E car (213?) deliberately and with no regard for the safety of the cars he was shooting by blindly, pulled out of line, dropped into the inside of the curb driveway, passed several cars and the E leader (Sean F.) when he shot back out into the group... and that is ok??? I say it was a BS move and the driver should be given a bit of time to run elsewhere.

No penalty or DQ for leaving the track to gain an advantage? Seriously?

That chute was discussed at the drivers meeting. The stewards said it was a "bad idea" which it certainly is but they didn't say it was verboten.

Well, bypassing the bus stop at WGI is also a bad idea and not "forbidden".
Why is there a penalty at the Glen and not at Tbolt?
Just trying to understand the rulings......
