It's been a race car here in the Northeast for about 12-14 years. Bought it about a month ago from a PCA instructor. We are just upgrading a couple of things now to make it totally reliable and improve safety. The optics need some work too but that's not important right now.

What are you doing to improve safety? I would love to make my car as safe as possible as well, and what do you mean by "optics"?

Thanks!

Add roll bar padding where there was none. Move the seat so the head is as far away from the roll bar as far as possible. Adjust seat back brace accordingly. Add an interior electric kill switch. The car has lots of racing "patina" and spray paint application and we will keep it that way for now.
