Thanks for the great track walk. You pointed out a few things that both Sally and I had missed. It's nice to have someone experienced share their views on the track and the surface. Now that a lot of reference points are gone you pointed out some permanent ones and I actually found it much easier to pick my spots without all the distracting old ones. The toe of the boot is so much smoother that the car was much happier than in the past. Smoother barking areas meant I could carry more speed into the turns and carry my momentum more than the old, bumpy surface. The track felt great, even in the rain.
Once again thanks for sharing your experience and suggestions. We learned a few things that made our experience on the track awesome! Buy you a beer at the next event for sure!
