i modified a non race version. bought it on eBay. take a 2" piece of aluminum strap and bend ends just longer that the mirror. used stock bolt in center plus to addition holes to mount to back of mirror (disassemble mirror backing, easy to do)
then used two longacre mirror mounts....one long, one short. easy works like a champ. if you want to get fancy, i used knurled **** screws from mcmaster-carr to mount mirror to mounts, easy adjust. PM if you'd like pics
