I'm glad to see the safety is on.

Got a little interesting when my right rear tire exploded/blew out going down the front straight at 162.4 mph.

Plenty of Porsche owners do stupid things. Think Magnus Walker's video showing him street racing with a Honda Civic. Or Magnus running into his own trailer at a Porsche dealership event just recently. Or Paul Walker in his Carrera GT. And that's just "famous" people off the top of my head.

On the highways of Southern California I generally see Corvettes with older guys traveling at the speed limit in one of the middle lanes. They drive much better than the Prius owners.

Sorry, but crapping on an entire class of car owners based on one quote of some forum is just plain stupid. This is the kind of thing that's hard not to dislike about some Porsche people.

Every Turbo Porsche I know that has run them has blown them out. Same guys I mentioned in another thread about breaking 3rd gear. Also Bimmerworlds GT2 blew one out at the UTCC in 2013. Sometimes 2 sessions, sometimes 4. But they always delaminate. I can run A6's all the way to the cords and for near 20 heat cycles. But for some reason, even with an aggressive alignment the r100 would not hold up on my TT.
