I love his dad's taste in cars... And racetracks.

Does anyone know if Mr. Stroll is interested in adopting a somewhat overweight middle aged man who shares his passion for motorsports?
I would also consider any job that pays in F-cars and LCMT track time.

Not sure jealous is the word. Realistic, maybe.
Do you actually think that Lance, among the thousands of child and amateur drivers on the planet, is one of the top driver's in the world derserving an F1 seat? Or with a top professional series?
He may may be, and that would be exceptional indeed. Just not probable. And if deserved, nobody would be jealous. Not a bit.
Best,
Matt

This is Canada , home of the petty spiteful majority who even if themselves are successful hate and resent the success or good fortune of others .
The expression "the tall poppy gets cut down" is very fitting.

Part of the learning process or just realizing a GT car has a great deal more mass than an F3 car?

Yup - Dad's where you send the bill!
Love the quote:
"Stroll told Sportscar365 it was his mistake and part of his learning process, as he lost control on his first lap out with cold tires."
