I highly doubt it.

Haven't used them but saw them at VIR this weekend. They looked pretty nice in a quick check out.

Looking forward to hearing more about these helmets... also hope they make larger sizes eventually.

It was a tough weekend. Qualifying was red flagged and ruined our lap. Fought from 11th to 5th with a good shot at 4th, then grass on the radiator took us and the motor out. 2 weeks and we get to try again at Homestead.

Not to derail the thread - Toto had two carbon fiber models and a composite model that had what looked like a carbon fiber print/wrap to it. The helmets looked nice and had his new ejection/removal system that looked interesting.

Is Toto the importer? Don Frady, I think, is going to carry them at VIR.

Default Roux Helmets

Toto is providing the electronics for the new Roux Helmet line. Leroux brothers from Dominican Republic are the owners of the company. They race in IMSA Continental Series. Hoerr Racing is going to be the distribution hub for them.

We expect our first initial shipment toward the end of this week and balance of them are due in October.

Anxious to see how they fit/compare to other brands.

Have been told that all the inventory in the store at VIR is consigned from Hoerr
Racing. IN as much as Hoerr is doing National Distribution I am sure the store at VIR will carry them.

You know better than I do, but their website lists Toto as an owner and the address on the website is the same as Speedcom.

Toto owns a portion of the business. How much exactly I am not sure.
The name of the helmet and the money behind the project come from the Le Roux brothers. No they are not French they hail from the Dominican Republic.
Think Toto told me that they are the largest importer of pharma products into the DR.
The brothers were racing Honda in the ST division of the Continental Series.
Met one of the brothers at the 24 Hours. He wandered in and bought a pair of OMP shoes. He had no idea who we were. He is a very personable nice guy.

I saw Toto posted in here and it was edited out. What gives? Not a sponsor here and therefore not allowed? I thought it answered some of the questions brought up in the thread.

Clark...any updates on Roux? Any idea on how they compare size wise to other helmets? Nadine and I are both going to need new ones after our last event of this year, and I like the Roux idea, but would need to try it on first I guess... We have Simpson now and like the fit.
