If you are referring to the September PCA Club Race at RA, the Friday before "Test and Tune Day" will likely follow the standard PCA Club Racing practice schedule including practice starts and the "Fun Race". I believe there is a Chin Motorsports Event at RA at the end of this month.

Friday is the DE test day. The race weekend is Sat-Mon.

This late in the game, you may have to spend more $$ in either Kohler or Sheboygan. Both close to RA.

If you watch the various youtube videos before you go and do the Friday T&T, you should have more than enough time to learn the track by the first race. I was a bit worried my first time too but found it to be a great, fun track that wasn't very technically difficult.

The Osthoff and Siebkin's are the two preferred places to stay, but are likely booked by now (wouldn't hurt to check thought).

I think you are. That's an hour and a half, not bad for a T&T day on a big race weekend. Should be adequate, given that you have three practices and fun races on Saturday. Would be happy to help with questions. You'll really enjoy this event.

This is my favorite race of the year.

But I'm not a fan of Enduro qualifying. It encourages buying a second (or for some people a third $$$$) set of new tires. Mercy...
