Yes, they were able to finish everything. You know Jeff- he reworked the wiring, added a 2nd oil cooler and reworked that system,, new heads and found a cracked case, and then there was the mapping...dogbox no issues. Unfortunately for me we did nothing for aerodynamics for this track.
Kim's car just needed new mapping, rewiring and some minor stuff.
I've heard nothing about Mark's engine, but you're scaring me with rumor of a new HP record...

It's a piece of work Paul and the boys were sworn to secrecy - but it boiled the water in the dyno room (first time that's ever happened!!!).

If you built again (or a new iteration as I will be) would you go the dogbox route again?

Yes, to Jeff's dismay.
He scrapped that Harget shifter that I had and replaced with his own- expect a more certain shift.
The Harget is too weak-no bueno with a dogbox.
I'm hoping to prove my point on straights alongside him before areo takes over.

Just peeked at the roster.

With the exception of Polk, this looks to be the new Nat Championship race for GT3. Should be a lot of fun to watch (from 1,000 miles away)

Other than Polk the main exception is Musante, but I'm not sure what condition that car is in- Chris said something to me last year about major changes on the way. Steve Pfeffer is very fast but he's only done a few races with PCA. I'm sure that I'm forgetting someone or some cars (Geoffrey Ring's) but haven't seen them for awhile.
Rain may be the great equalizer, so I'm praying for it come racetime.

Bummer about the weather, looks like we will all have to be patient until Sunday when the rain stops and the sun comes out.

Looking forward to meeting a bunch of you from RL that I have been emailing with as we are making the long trip from CA and taking a break from the PWC season to have some fun in our Porsches..........1 x 997 GT2 and 1 GT3R (Romer)....at least the brats and beer taste good rain or shine!

That's a great video w/ details on how to go fast at Road America. I wish Patrick would do that for all the tracks on the schedule! :-)

Here's a couple laps in my GT3 car from a test there a few months ago. Make sure you guys stick to the right when you come out of the pit lane... the front straight is SUPER fast. You don't want to pull in front of anyone in T1.

The line I used in the GT3 car is the same as we did in the GTC car last year.

How about some PCA approaching P. Long to do a video like that for all the tracks?
Awesome and clear video. Some day I'll make it there.

Weather was great Friday. Little bit of rain Saturday. Sunday was great again for all the sprint races. Not there today.

I think they're in the rain today.

Some very, very fast times were posted on Saturday and Sunday.
