That's Perez's style. Think back to Monaco 2013 when he throws his car into a dangerous situation and relies on the other drivers to bail out. It worked on Button, and Alonso, but Kimi didn't get out of his way and that ended his race there.

This time he threw a move at Massa who had no chance of even reacting quickly enough to it to avoid it. I don't believe that being the leading car absolves the driver of all responsibility in a passing situation. If he wanted to take a quick juke into a defensive line, he needed to do it before there was any overlap.
