Default Mirror Recommendations

Looking for recommendations for a 17" wide angle mirror to mount to the roll cage of a 87 911. This past weekend at NHMS we broke 2 of these within 20 minutes. One was an instructor putting his helmet on in my car and the other was my friend putting his helmet on in his car. Needless to say picking chunks of glass out of both cars was not fun. I believe these were both Longacre mirrors. Anyone know of a high quality shatterproof mirror?

Good suggestion; this is the one we installed in the Cayman. So far so good.

I've always used the 17" Longacre & liked it. I've got a spare one on the bench with cage mount brackets if you're interested. They're about $70 new...I'll ship in the US for $35.
