achieving remarkable performance balance within all classes, especially with the P2 and DP cars.” - See more at: http://www.imsa.com/articles/imsa-in....3tl1FK2g.dpuf
Is a debris yellow the same as a local yellow? Need less full course and more local yellows.

So three officials couldn't identify Job's car so they are adding another guy? Maybe they should just invest in HD glasses.
Sorry. I know they are trying and the changes are moves in the right direction. It will just be a while before I forgive them for screwing #22.

What they really need is to replace the race director...but that would require admitting a systemic failure in the top floor of "leadership" there in Daytona, which won't happen. So we get this, which is still a vast improvement, especially related to the dumb wave-around BS.

It was clear that the wrong cars were being penalized from a small youtube video but they need HD?
That being said, at least they are trying to move in the right direction and not sticking their heads in the sand.

I have had my disagreements with the series... and while I don't want to publicly voice any dislike for my sanctioning body (since I generally like it), I feel they should have taken a slightly bigger swing at the personnel involved. We're all human and make mistakes, but if I were managing things, those involved in the incidents which have given the series and the sport a huge black eye would be out of a job. A new entity just can't afford that kind of bad start.
In regards to the yellow flag procedures, I don't think they should have changed anything. Just my opinion. They did the right thing by placing the gross offending drivers on a one race suspension and probation... I would have waited to see how things shook out at Monterey (next race with the gents) before changing anything else.
