Default Helmet graphics by Censport...

Bought this for myself for my 50th birthday. Oh, who am i kidding? i would have bought it anyway but makes it easier to rationalize LOL.

Anyway, just got these pics back from Tyler and i'm really happy. He was amazing to work with. The dark blue is porsche midnight blue metallic with the white fading into porsche riviera blue, highlighted by a engine turned silver leaf.

That is extremely cool. The silver is especially impressive!

Thanks. When he first sent mock ups and was explaining the engine turned leaf i wasn't sure. he sent me some emails as he started and i was still a bit unsure.

it's a complicated process from what i understand and took him 3 attempts to get it where he wanted it. i'm glad i went with it - i think it's really different and unique. Should be worth at least .05 a second LOL.

Nice, Chris.

Tyler did my helmet years ago. He has a style and creativity that I just did not see with other painters. Glad I went with him and he will do the next one as well. No doubt.

It's a decal on the shield that is easily removable if it bothers me. I have no issue with the smaller logo he painted on the helmet.

Nice bucket, going to pop for my next one. The question I have for you guys with painted helmets is what do you do to keep it from getting scratched and beat? I try to be careful but rubbing on the Hans and my window net hardware is just waiting every time I get in or out of the car, do you do a 3m film or just be really really careful?

I've been looking to do this for a while now. Can you PM me the price you paid? I've considered Brett King, but I think that would blow my entire track season budget.
