RIP, J Button. He was actively involved in Jensons career. He will be missed.

+1. He seemed to know the balance between being a dad who groomed his son to be an F1 star and staying out of the way to let the professionals do their job.

This has been a sad few weeks in the F1 fraternity.

Godspeed John Button. They say a son is a snapshot of his Father. If that is so the Jenson is a great pic of his Dad. One of the stories I read today Senior Button taught Jenson to iron his own shirts and had to have an iron in his room. That kind of grounding is refreshing. I bet ARod would not do that.

It was refreshing to see John supporting his son and at the same time having some fun at the F1 races.....his pink shirts always stood out

Rest In Peace Mr. Button
