Zone 1 is good for the beginning and intermediate non racer. Lots of drivers ( fun but too many for me ) of average ability for their run groups and slow. Good instruction for the beginner.
For Me CVR best for instruction, small groups and fast drivers in their run groups.
Best Red run group drivers out there. Very Racer Friendly but requires a high level of track awareness in the higher run groups. Pro instruction
Then HVR or HCP region for track time but slower run groups. Good instruction, also Pro instruction.
I can't speak to Trackmasters or Chin.
Adv events like group 52 and Kojote , lots of track time fast drivers no instruction.
Then all the rest
IMHO, But I drive a Cup

Hoosier would never let that happen - Ever! Trust me, even Tire Rack is lucky that they have Hoosiers.

I would argue the Zone event gives good track time, great instructors, and pro instruction wih FREE classrooms from Peter Argetsinger. If you haven't been in a few years and base your opinions on a number of years ago, I invite you to come out again.

I was there two years ago. Too crowded for me, but great for the up and coming driver.
