No, but if you are running stock camber and overdriving a softly sprung car, I've seen it touch the cosmetic area (not on my personal car in recent memory).

Definitely want to head to the track for this. That's the best place to break loose such lovely, concours tires.

Cheers!

I can't say whether Michelin placed theirs in a manner that serves dual purposes or not, but the reason manufactures place them there is to assist location of the wear bars. The arrow on my Toyo RRs are place approx 1/2" lower on the sidewall than those Michelins.

Hey ShakeNBake - What's with your avatar….are you hanging out with Karen England? Although, I will say, she has laid off the "pet theme" lately

So you're saying it's a lot of roll over and the rest of the guys here are saying it's hardly any roll over at all. Which is it? lol!

MPSS's like ~ 36 hot front & rear on the street on a Cayman/Boxster platform. Use your on board TPMS display to monitor hot pressures. I've found it to be pretty dependable and accurate over the past few years.
BTW, why are you posting this ? in the comp. forums if its street driven? Just curious.
