Not a DE, and run by Road Atlanta, not PCA. Must be a licensed racer to participate. At least that is how it has been in years past, but given the change in ownership, I suppose it is possible that it could change.

At least one day before the race weekend starts would be great!
I like those track organizes test day, usually separated in 2 run groups, so lots of track time.
