I'll be doing my first DE on thunderbolt this October and booked a "VIP Suite". These look more like what I was expecting when I heard VIP suite... Congrats and keep us posted!

FWIW I'd heard early on that there is a required buffer zone from the adjacent airport runway that precluded linking the tracks; or essentially precluding the present Clubhouse location, etc... Not sure how true that was, but I do know that the present config was definitely a 'compromise' to competing interests (as occurs in all commercial projects, lol).

I thought it was the bog turtles. Linking was the original plan and it would have been awesome.

Scott, not sure where the bog turtles could currently reside onsite - are u suggesting they filled in wetlands?, in NJ??, with the NJDEP???..... Who do they know and how can I contact them?

I've seen projects stalled if one of these are present, lol, let alone a turtle...

I just learned that two 'phase I' units at NJMP are still available; apparently buyers backed out. One of them is on the very end and extends the whole width of the building: a great space:

Having grown up in the '70's about half a mile from the airport this still blows my mind. Dad worked and flew out of the airport so it's like a second home. Track is on the bucket list.

Party at Brandon's place during the PCA Club Race Weekend could become a regular event.
I just hope I'm invited!

BTW; is that Motocross across the street?
